Another school project... we're supposed to design 3 ads on a human issue for MacLean magazine. I chose to do mine on Aids. Through my research I find that a lot of the Aids Awareness ads that are out there were reallyserious and straightfroward. So I decided take another approach by using humor and irony to communicate my message. My concept is to show the juxtaposition between reality and fantasy. In a Barbie world aids wouldn't exist, she can sleep with whom ever she wants and not have to worry about getting aids but the truth is aids is real and we should be aware of it and always "play it safe."
